Welcome to the 2018 Spring Parade of Homes. A three-weekend event that provides an exceptional opportunity for everyone interested in homeownership to tour homes on display from noon to 6:00 p.m., each Saturday and Sunday, April 7th & 8th, 14th & 15th, and 21st & 22nd.
Representatives of the builders will be present during the Parade to visit with you about any, and all, of your home buying concerns and are your best source of complete and current information about:
- New homes on display in new home communities,
- The builders chosen to build in new home communities,
- What’s planned for specific new home communities, and surrounding areas,
- Advantages of buying/building a newly constructed home versus a used home, or renting,
- Why there has never been a better time to buy new now
At no other time of the year except during our Associations’ Parade of Homes event is the public afforded the opportunity to tour the ‘best of the best’ builders have to offer for an extended time period.
Featured will be 126 new homes, in 64 new home communities, constructed by 46 of the area’s leading builders, priced from $151,000 to over $1,500,000 - literally a broad selection of newly constructed homes, in the areas most desirable new home communities, at price points that make the homes exceptional values.
Based on recent studies done nationally, and locally as well, there is no question that most consider homeownership to be the single best long-term investment and a primary source of financial security, especially as home values continue to strengthen. Despite the economic rollercoaster during the recession, homeownership has endured as the foundation of the American Dream.
